Job Description

We invite those who:

  • highly experienced in mapping processes and data flows to support service models and market share tracking, as well as building effective marketing contact models based on accurate data,
  • happy to develop enriches value proposition strategy development and implementation aiming to accelerate growth in the B2B,
  • successfully implements a process for managing contracts with key customers to ensure that they can be locked in and fully integrated into the customer's eco-system,
  • enthusiastically develops customer profile research to expand METRO's share of key customers' SOW,
  • through feedback from cross-functional teams and sales team, understands customer needs and CTG's business model to ensure the best possible customer experience,
  • actively creates and develops a culture of recognition, accountability, discipline and urgency,
  • enthusiastically demonstrates team leadership and results orientation to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver the desired level of customer experience,
  • anticipates department needs and proactively support sales team with needed instruments, processes change and digitalization,
  • leads cross-functional communication to ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to achieve its market share and customer satisfaction goals.
